Our standard delivery time from your point of order is 3-5 business days. We currently do not offer any next day delivery or fast track delivery service.
During busy periods confirmation emails may take a little longer than expected but rest assured, we are working on your order!
Please check your spam emails for emails from us. Our standard delivery takes 3-5 business days from your order being placed.
Currently we are unable to deliver outside of the United Kingdom. We are using the Royal Mail and Hermes as our couriers.
Please allow 3-5 business days from placing your for us to deliver your items. You can track the progress of your delivery through your tracking ID provided in your confirmation email.
If you have still not received your order after 3-5 business days, please confirm the delivery address you used for your order. You can contact us using our contact form and we will endeavour to reach out to you as soon as possible.
You can! All you would need to do is use their address as the delivery address when you place your order.
We don’t offer a gift wrapping service so the goods will arrive just like a normal order. Prices of the items on the delivery will be on display & we can only discuss the order with the person who placed the order.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Our UK standard delivery fee is £3.99.
Once your order has been placed and dispatched we are unable to change or cancel it unfortunately. If you are really quick and contact us before we dispatch your order, we may be able to amend it for you. Please contact us using our contact form.
Nevertheless, if you miss the opportunity to amend before we have dispatched your order, you can return your items following the guidance set out in our returns policy.

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard. When making a payment using your debit or credit card, please ensure your name and billing address matches the card holder address details held by your card issuer.
We also accept payment via Google Pay, Klarna and Clearpay.
If you have a Promo code or Coupon code it must be entered in the box ‘Coupon code’ at the checkout. Once complete click the Apply button and the coupon will then be applied.
